Refund policy

At TRRK POSHAKWALA, every garment is a labour of love, created with devotion, care, and attention to detail. Each poshak is prepared and sent especially for you, keeping in mind the sanctity and purpose it serves for deity adornment.

Garments – Returns & Exchanges

As our poshaks are made specifically for deity murtis and handled with reverence, returns or exchanges on garments are only applicable in the case of a size issue. Requests based on preference, design choice, color variation, or change of mind will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a size-based exchange:

  • The garment must be unused and unoffered, in its original condition and packaging.

  • Requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size.

Accessories – Returns & Exchanges

Accessories may be eligible for return or exchange only in the case of a size or specification mismatch.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refunds & Credit Notes

As a policy, we do not offer refunds. For eligible returns or exchanges, we will be happy to provide an exchange or issue a credit note for future purchases.

International Orders

Please note that for international orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not applicable, including garments and accessories.
