Delivery Confirmation & Missing Shipment Reporting

If the logistics partner marks an order as delivered via SMS or email, but the customer has not received it, the issue must be reported to TRRK POSHAKWALA within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation.

Complaints raised after 48 hours from delivery confirmation will not be entertained.
